We had a fairly nice stay at this wellness hotel. Everything was perfect, excellent service, magnificent location just off a vineyard, the Mád synagogue and understanding of the local wine. Lots of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was also a major highlight for me, as it was situated down the mountain, making it easy to visit the nearby Basilicus winery. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant right next to it, so I could easily enjoy a delicious meal. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with their helpful and friendly demeanor adding to the overall positive experience. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the shower and the comfortable king-size beds, provided a great level of comfort. And last but not least, the breakfast spread in the morning was absolutely delightful, with a variety of options to choose from.
No improvement needed, everything was just perfect!

Wonderful Spa, good food, good wine calm place not so far from Tokaj,
Restaurant kitchen closes at 9:30pm. No real double bed (quite general in Ungaria) but two big single beds.

The best hotel I've ever stayed. Great value for very low price but deserves and offers 5 stars. I thought it was a mistake. All was fantastic. I will recommend to everyone.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the half board included. Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider range of choices.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The spa looks great, though we didn't have the time to try it. The caffè - lounge bar on the ground floor is really nice and cozy. Easy parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good with a great choice of cold and hot dishes. The service in the restaurant is very good: as they knew I have celiac disease, they brought me toasted gluten free bread every morning and I didn't even asked for it.
Nobody cleaned our room on the first and second day of our stay. We complained about that on the second day, and on the third day thay cleaned the room. I discovered during check-out that I had to pay a 12 euro extra charge for my dog, and nobody told me about this during booking nor during check-in. The funny thing is that they were saying: we need to do an extra cleaning when there is a dog in the room - well, quite funny, as they did not clean at all. The restaurant is below the ground, dark, and not as nice as you would expected.

This is s suberb hotel in the Tokaj wine region of Hungary amidst spectacular wineyards just a couple of steps from the hotel. The staff is genuinly friendly and helpful though the organizational skills are not always on the top. Do not miss the wine tasting especially if this is you first encounter with the Tokaj wines. Though I preferred the previous style, the cuisine has changed a lot recently and a michelin sous chef seeks to reinterpret the traditional, regional dishes like trout file with lentil and sweet nudli and alike. The resto tries to get the supplies only from local village producers which is a rarity in the hotel industry. I have stayed in this hotel several times and always enjoyed the cosy, hide away atmosphere of the place. It is as good as gets.
